Donald James Annalora
MILES CITY, Mont. — Funeral services for Donald James Annalora, 66, will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home in Miles City, Mont.
Annalora died Sept. 26, 2011, in Miles City, Mont. He was born Dec. 9, 1944, in Deming.
Annalora taught biology and chemistry for 30 years at Wingate High School. He was also a coach and trainer for the football team. When he retired he moved to Belgrade, Mont., and later to Miles City, Mont.
Survivors include his mother Louise; sons anthony and Andrew; brothers Michael Robert; sisters Tamara and Jeanne; and eight nieces and nephews.

Mary Benally
SANDERS — Memorial services for Mary Stella Benally, 67, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2011, at the Light House Church. The Rev. Bill Overton will officiate.
Benally died Sept. 26, 2011, in Albuquerque. She was born Sept. 17, 1944, in Pine Springs.
Benally was formerly employed at Weigh Station, E&E Pawn Shop and most recently Turney’s Indian Goods as an accomplished silversmith.
Survivors include her sons Garry J. Benally, and Felix J. Benally, of Gallup, and Gerald J. Benally, of Albuquerque; sisters Betty Lou Dodge and Thelma Burnside, both of Sanders; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Light House Church.
Sammie Charlie
CROWNPOINT — Services for Sammie S. Charlie, 78, will be announced at a later date.
Charlie died Sept. 29, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born April 17, 1933, in Whiterock into the Folded Arms People Clan born for the Bitter Water People Clan.
A gathering for friends and family will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at the Crownpoint Chapter House.
Rollie Mortuary has charge of arrangements.
Carlotta C. ‘Carla’ Detwiler
VANDERWAGEN — Memorial services for Carlotta C. “Carla” Detwiler, 63, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, in Sanders, Ariz., at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Exit 339, south on U.S. Highway 191.
Detwiler died Sept. 26, 2011, in Flagstaff, Ariz. She was born Feb. 10, 1948, in Artesia, Calif.
Detwiler lived in Vanderwagen for 22 years. She was a Jehovah’s Witness for more than 40 years in various congregations. Detwiler was a fun grandmother to her grandchildren. She retired as sales representative from Maybelline and L'Oreal. She enjoyed camping with her husband, and collecting M&M memorabilia. She also had a strong love for animals.
Survivors include her husband William “Bill” Detwiler; son Scott Detwiler; brother Troy Faulkner; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Vie Amos and father Troy C. Faulkner.
Tully Joe
CROWNPOINT — Services for Tully D. Joe, 73, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at Cope Memorial Chapel. Jimmy Etscitty will officiate. Burial will be in Coyote Canyon.
Joe died Sept. 27, 2011, in Crownpoint. He was born July, 12, 1939, in Brimhall into the Meadow People Clan born for the Flowing Water Together Clan.
Survivors include his wife Fannie P. Joe, of Crownpoint; sons Vincent Perry, of Crownpoint, Dennis Joe, Stanley Joe, Zinder Joe and Jasper Joe, all of Churchrock; daughter Sheilah Joe, of Churchrock; brothers Rickey Joe and Clarence Joe, both of Brimhall, and John Joe Jr., of Crownpoint; and sisters Annie Tsosie, Laverna Redhouse and Linda Mud, all of Brimhall.
He was preceded in death by his parents John Joe Sr. and Bah Benally; brothers Tom Rogers and Charlie Tso; son Edward Joe and daughter Marlene Joe.
Pallbearers will be Justin Perry, Derrick Perry, Brandon Perry, Alfred Tsosie, Rick Joe and Dusty Begay.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Crownpoint Chapter House following the services.
Cope Memorial is in charge of arrangements.
Wanda Medina
GALLUP — Services for Wanda P. Medina, 60, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at St. Francis Catholic Church. A rosary will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at Rollie Mortuary. The Rev. Larry will officiate. Burial will be at Sunset Cemetery.
Medina died Sept. 26, 2011, in Gallup. She was born Nov. 15, 1950, in Gallup.
Medina graduated from Gallup High School in 1969. She worked at Gallup Head Start from 1991 until 2006.
Survivors include her husband Joe Medina; son Joe Paul Herrera; sisters Geraldine Montoya, Cindy Hausner of Tucson, Debbie Gonzales, Cecelia Aguado, of Albuquerque, and Carol Gonzales; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son John F. Herrera Jr.; grandparents Gabrieal and Pauline Aragon; parents Juan R. Gonzales and Leby Gonzales; brothers Johnny Gonzales and Moses Gonzales.
The family will receive relatives and friends at 1703 Calle Piñon after services.

Frankie Skeet
COUSINS — Funeral services for Frankie T. Skeet, 64, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at Rollie Mortuary. The Rev. Virgil Chee will officiate. Burial will be on family land in Cousins.
Skeet died Sept. 26, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born April 18, 1947, in Fort Defiance, Ariz., into the Waters Edge People Clan born for the Red Bottom People Clan.
Skeet attended Chi-chil-tah Boarding School, Albuquerque Indian School and Intermountain Indian School. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of Chi-chil-tah Veterans Organization. He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a Denver Broncos fan, Arizona Diamondbacks fan and loved to chop fence posts.
Survivors include his brothers Calvin T. Skeet, of Cousins, and Phillup T. Skeet, of Pretty Rock; and sister Nancy King, of Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents John T. Skeet and Irene Skeet; bother Larry T. Skeet and grandmother Mary Smith.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Wally, Marvin Francisco, Harrison Nelson, Calvin T. Skeet, Darrell Nez and Tommy Nelson.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Rita Smiths residence in Cousins.
